Hi! I'm Tony, the founder of Ampicked. For the past 8+ years, I've helped business owners reduce hosting costs by 30-40% while simultaneously improving their site performance.
Background
I started my career as a web developer, building WordPress sites for agencies and small businesses. During those years, I noticed a pattern: most business owners had NO IDEA whether their hosting was appropriate for their actual needs. They either overpaid dramatically (throwing money at "premium" hosts they didn't need) or cut corners (picking cheap hosting that crashed during traffic spikes).
This gap between what businesses needed and what they were actually buying frustrated me. So I decided to fix it by doing real testing, benchmarking actual performance, and sharing what I learned.
